Treberfydd

Nestled between the Black Mountains and the Brecon Beacons, Treberfydd is widely regarded as one of the finest examples of a country house built during the Gothic Revival movement of the 19th century.

This Grade 1 listed house, home to the same family since it was built in 1852, contains a wealth of period features including mullion windows, carved stone fireplaces and impish gargoyles staring down from the gabled roofs. The house is surrounded by 10 acres of lawns, herbaceous borders and peaceful woodland walks designed by the eminent Victorian garden designer, W.A.Nesfield.

Treberfydd is very suitable for weddings, dinners, seminars, parties or conferences throughout the year.

Although a private house, tours of the house and gardens are offered during the month of August. Visitors can be accommodated at other times of the year by prior arrangement. Please use the contact details below for more information.
